At Diva Boutique Online, we want you to love your look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be processed.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that sale items and intimates are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
